Empathy

A few months ago Daisy regressed. We used to be able to let her have the run of the house when we were out, but she started finding and eating food while we were gone. Since our pantry has no doors, this can't be avoided. So we've been putting Daisy in her crate when we leave.

Yesterday morning T. put Daisy in her crate before they left the house and Daisy started her usual panic-barking. T. yelled at her to be quiet and Little Man said, "Daddy, Daisy sad." Yeah, have a little sympathy, Daddy.

(Yes, this is a re-post. Daddio posted a comment and Blogger posted his full name. So I deleted the comment and it said, "Daddio's Full Name said... this post has been removed by a blog administrator." So we deleted the whole thing and are starting over.)

I wondered where that comment went - be advised that I now know Daddio's full name, so you will have to kill me
