He is a little suspicious of Elmo, and mostly was concerned with standing Elmo back up after he fell down laughing.

It's chocolate zucchini bread, and I plan to have the recipe memorized by the end of the summer. I made 4 loaves today, and it's SO delicious. I used this recipe except I decided that it was too light and substituted (re-substituted?) butter for half of the applesauce. I also used half whole wheat flour which TOTALLY makes up for adding extra fat to the recipe.The 4 loaves took me not even one (very large) zucchini. I wish I had an extra freezer so I could make a year's supply of zucchini bread.

Sounds like you have a winner of a recipe there. Yes, whole wheat flour definitely would balance out the extra butter. Wish you could save us some bread!
The Elmo incident made me laugh! Addie loved Elmo before she ever watched SS- she saw a picture of him at the Dr's office and has been inlove with him ever since.... Your bread looks amazing! I am going to have to try it out! Yum!!

The Elmo video clip is hilarious - I don't blame LM for being suspicious! And I want some of that bread - it is beautiful to behold.
That zucchini bread looks marvelous! We're kicking ourselves for not planting a garden this year but we're going on holidays at the height of the harvest around here.
You probably already know this, but you can shred and freeze zucchini to make bread in the dead of winter too. :)
