At Thanksgiving we had some Christmas pictures taken at Baby's Pop and Abi's house (my dad and step-mom). In the photo shoot were Baby's cousins B. and D., and their cousins A. and T. Here are a few of us, and one of the gang. Oh, and the matching sweaters are Abi's work.

The Stockings Were Hung...

Baby's stocking (purchased on Ebay) arrived today, so now all four of us (including our canine friend) have our stockings hung by the chimney with care!

More Fun with Sweet Potatoes

He knocked a big blob of sweet potatoes off the spoon, so I figured he could have some fun with it.

Mommy Blogging

I don't really consider myself a Mommy Blogger since I mostly post pictures and not so much stories of my life as a mom, but there is a whole world of Mommy Blogging out there. And so, to gain myself an entry into a tee shirt giveaway, I will share with you one of my favorites.

www.blondemomblog.com is one I read every day. I first found her when I was looking for reviews of a certain kid product and she'd mentioned it on her site.

Loud Baby

Puppy Update

Our houseguests are gone. But not before the puppy ate a glass Christmas light, dug up a wire in the yard and chewed it, chewed on the gas line, and destroyed their food bowl.

I went hanging signs and knocking on doors tonight and knocked on a door of someone who knew the dog owners. Of course I was hoping it would be Daddy Warbucks' house, but instead it was a family who just haven't successfully mended the hole in their pen, so the dogs keep getting out.

I was right, it was a Mama and her Pup. Their names are Annie Lu (or something like that) and Luke. We're glad to be back to a one dog home.

Guests

I found two labs roaming the streets yesterday, so we currently have two canine houseguests. Actually they're yardguests. And garageguests. We borrowed a play yard so that they can sleep together. I think they're a mama and a puppy. The pup I'm guessing is 5 months or so. They get along pretty well with Daisy. I've forgotten how much puppy-proofing is necessary. He's pretty good, but when we got home he'd put a chair cushion in the middle of the yard, unraveled the hose, and I don't currently know what he did with their food bowl.
